We travel the world to build delightful Chinese Cuisine.
Selling a food from one culture to another is difficult, more difficult to oversea. But we want to do it right for Tucson people. In order to do that, we did a little bit food study trip before business open. We have traveled to Guangzhou, Shanghai, Beijing, Qingdao, Shenyang, Chengdu, Chongqing, Tokyo, Osaka, Chicago, Seattle, and Los Angeles to see and tease Chinese noodles in local restaurants. We talked to local people and business owners, to learn how food changes to met local taste.
"The inside of the restaurant is very clean, modern and comfortable. The employees are also very nice. I ordered the Chongqing noodles and was so excited that they had a vegetarian option of this as well as others. With this noodle being vegetarian, I expected small amounts of spinach or some other vegetable to substitute the meat, like so many restaurants do. To my surprise they added a good amount tofu, spinach and cucumber. It was delicious! It feels good to know us, vegetarians are given more than one option like Noodleholics sadly does. This might be my favorite noodle place thus far."
